Acceptance

By using FixMate, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Intended use

FixMate is provided as a workshop/business management tool to help you track repair tickets, parts, labour, expenses, and customer information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

Data responsibility

Since FixMate stores data primarily on your device, you are responsible for maintaining backups (local or iCloud). We are not liable for data loss due to device damage, loss, or uninstallation.

Subscriptions

If subscription features are enabled, billing is handled entirely through Apple's App Store. Refunds and cancellations are subject to Apple's policies.

No warranty

FixMate is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for any business losses arising from use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Standard EULA

These Terms of Use also incorporate Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), linked below, which governs your use of the app as distributed through the App Store.
