You are responsible for your credentials, for every staff login you create, and for what those people do with the access you give them. Staff roles limit what each person can reach, but you choose who gets one. Remove a login as soon as somebody leaves.
You are responsible for your records, customer information, identity details, invoices, payments, tax reporting and backups, and for having the right to hold the customer information you enter. Verify anything before relying on it, and comply with the law that applies to your business.
A new workshop is activated by FixMate for a chosen period after your email address is confirmed. Access ends when that period ends unless it is renewed. Subscriptions bought inside the iOS app are charged, renewed and refunded by Apple under Apple's terms, and cancelling is done in your Apple account rather than here. We may suspend or end an account that is used unlawfully, that is used to send unwanted messages to people, or that puts the service or other workshops at risk — where the situation allows, we will tell you first.
Estimate, payment and live-status links place ticket details on a page that anyone holding the link can open. Send them only to the customer concerned, and disable a link when it is no longer needed. You remain responsible for what you choose to share this way.
FixMate is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features, connectivity, browser behaviour, compatibility and availability are not guaranteed. Keep independent backups and verify exports, restores, invoices and payment records before relying on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixMate and its developer are not liable for loss, corruption, disclosure, deletion or unavailability of data; nor for lost business, payments, profits, revenue, tax liability, customer disputes, device damage, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use, export of, restore of, or reliance on FixMate. Use FixMate at your own risk and keep independent backups. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
FixMate is not legal, tax, accounting, payment-processing, consumer-protection or data-recovery advice. Obtain qualified advice for your business where needed.
You can stop using FixMate at any time, and can ask for your account and its data to be deleted by writing to support. Export anything you want to keep first, because deletion removes the workspace and its records.
FixMate may update these terms when features, legal requirements or security practices change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, subject to applicable law. Questions can be sent to support@fixmate.haaa.in.
